STEP 1 Lenght measurament

Place a piece of paper on the floor.
Wear the socks you use for riding.
Step on the paper with your heel touching the wall behind.
Mark the longest toe on the paper so measure from the wall to the marking (do it for both feet)

Now measure the metatarsal/width circumference of your feet - see pictures as example.
