SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
3.1 SHIPMENT CONDITIONS
Goods are shipped to the customer with proper packaging for the shipment. In case of shipment towards non-European countries, goods are accompanied by invoice. Terms of delivery are, in accordance with the legislation INCOTERMS 2010
- CPT - Carriage paid to - for EU customers
- DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid – for Extra EU customers*
*For non-EU countries customs and/or import charges will have to be paid separately to the courier. These costs are not calculated in the total of the Order, but will be charged when the package reaches the country of destination, so the additional costs related to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Aufgrund der jüngsten Änderungen der Zollbestimmungen der Vereinigten Staaten sind Lieferungen in die USA vorübergehend ausgesetzt.
Delivery is scheduled every day from Monday to Friday in working hours. Couriers used are UPS and DHL with standard delivery, if not specified differently. Delivery time: in Italy, within 78 hours from the shipping date. For all other countries, delivery could take up to 7 days from the shipping. Orders are shipped within two following business days from the date of the order. During sale periods delivery time may be longer.
3.2 DELIVERY COST
Delivery costs vary according to destination and are payable by the Customer as properly stressed during the Order issue.
3.3 STORAGE COST
Any storage costs, if the parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, are the responsibility of the consignee and will be deducted from the refund
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To the Customer, defined as “Consumer” within the meaning of Article 3 of Consumption Code, are assigned the rights referred to in the art. 64 of Consumption Code within the limits set by this legislation, therefore the right of withdrawal from the present contract is recognised, with no obligation of stating the reasons and without paying penalities, within 14 days starting from the receipt of the good covered by contract.
4.1 EXCERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL RULES
The right of withdrawal is meant excercised by sending, within the indicated deadline of 14 days after the receipt of the good, a written communication to:

registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Notice can be sent, within the same deadline, by means of fax or fullfilling the module on Contact Us. Customer, where he or she intends to utilise the right of withdrawal, shall make provision at his own expense to the return of the goods covered by contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending them to the same address to which he will have sent a written notice of withdrawal.
4.2 RETURN RULES
To return an item you purchased, click the link below and follow the instructions.
Please do not send cash on delivery (COD) as it will be automatically rejected. Northwave srl reserves up to 14 days to process a refund via PayPal or bank transfer. The refund covers only the value of the returned item and the initial shipping fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The returned product must be intact and complete with all accessories, original packaging, and the original documents (receipt/invoice).

If the customer chose to proceed with the return using the label provided by Northwave, the following amounts will be deducted from the total refund:
€7 Euro for returns from Italy
€15 from the EU.
€30 from European non-EU Countries, North America, Asia.
€50 from South America, Central America, Africa, Oceania.

4.3 REQUISITE FOR THE EXCERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The substancial integrity of one or more of the goods covered by the contract, their packaging and the original accompanying documents (till receipt / invoice) are essential conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please bear in mind that in order to increase customer service, size changes will be considered as returns: it will then be sufficient to return the products, which will be fully refunded, and order the new items in the desired sizes. Return shipping costs for size change will not be credited. Where present, customs and/or import charges and expenses will also be deducted from the total refund.
